According to the police report, he hit a patch of thin ice, one wheel got stuck and thus the whole car overturned. The driver was sure he would die, but got out alive. He was taken to the police station and will likely get a fine because "driving on water is not permitted". In the meantime, the car has been flipped back and taken ashore.
